No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays All shipping rates and times are absolute, non-negotiable. SwigCap.com is not responsible for any order that has been shipped or delayed, delivered, or for non deliverable locations. SwigCap.com reserves the right to charge customer(s) as needed to cover the full amount that is due for any past due amounts or any monies that are owed to SwigCap.com.SwigCap .com is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered and by purchasing from SwigCap.com you are agreeing to these terms and hereby forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable or has been miss-delivered unless the fault is of SwigCap.com.
We ship USPS First-Class Mail. All US order shipments will be calculated accordingly. All International orders will have a flat rate fee.
We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.
We feel confident that you will love the SwigCap.However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us in new condition, not opened and not worn within 7 days of the invoice date for a refund less shipping charges. Due to the nature of our products we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the cost of the product. Before sending a return, please contact us for a return authorization number.Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.If upon receipt we find the item to be unusable or non-resalable; we reserve the right to refuse the return and a refund will not be issued. The non-resalable item will be returned to the customer.
